Coach Bauer is in his 10th year as an assistant at Northview. He currently serves as the Associate Head Coach. Evan played for Coach McDonald at Waite High School from 2005-2009!

Evan and his wife Kenya (Youngstown State WBB alumnus, current Toledo Firefighter) reside in Sylvania with their sons Julian (8, Hill View Elementary) and Bryson (4).

-2013 Bowling Green State University Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

Case Manager -'A Peace of Mind Wellness,' Washington Local Schools

Coaching:

-2 years as coach at Arbor Hills JH

-Assistant at Northview 2015-present

Coach served as the freshmen coach for two years, junior varsity for three years and this year, will be his fifth primarily as a varsity assistant.

Hobbies/Favorite sports teams:

Coach enjoys watching Julian play travel sports, attending concerts and sporting events and roots for: L.A. Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, Ohio State (football and basketball), Detroit Tigers, Dallas Wings
